She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Hambright and Martha Guthrie Hambright Wilson; and her daughters, Patricia Marie Burch and Judy Kay Burch Mason. She is survived by: her husband Napoleon Burch; her daughters, Cynthia B. Evans, Debora A. Burch and Claressa B. Gibbs of Catawba; her grandchildren, Prenston Burch of Newton, Detron Burch of Atlanta, Antonio Burch (Quindolyn) of Greensboro, Randy Burch, Channing Evans of Catawba, Regina Mason of Winston, Salem, Carlos, Damien Burch (Tiona) of Catawba and Tia Evans Sidberry (Freddrick) of Statesville; her sister Jacqueline Chapman (John) of Mountain View; and her stepchildren, Roger Shuford (Kathy) and Carolyn Burke. She is also survived by two sisters in law, two other brothers in law, many nephews and nieces, several cousins, her church family and other friends.

During her lifetime, she worked in the furniture industry, for the American Heart Association and found her true passion as a beautician.
