It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Reese Morris of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Neal Reese and Bertha Flynn Reese; and her grandson Ryan Shane Greene. She is survived by: her husband George W. Morris Jr.; her children, George David Morris (Amanda) of Hickory and Donna McLemore (Perry); her brother Thomas Reese of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Claire Livengood, Carl McLemore, Ian McLemore, Callie McLemore, Heather Powell, Kyle Greene, Jacquelyn Carroll, Naomi Kate Carroll, Ava Carroll, Ashlyn Poteat, George Samuel Morris and Seth Morris.
