Mattie Vickers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Vickers (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on March 9, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fischer and Lydia Fischer; her husband Jack Vickers; and her siblings, Ralph Fischer and Doris Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Woodard (Tony) of Kannapolis, Susan Darnell (Donnie) of Elkin, Mike Vickers (Kwang) of Sanford and Russ Vickers (Nancy) of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Shelia Vickers, Robbie Billings, Anthony Billings and Alexander Vickers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
