He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Junior and Edith Avery Ballard; and his grandson Zachary. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Vanhoy Ballard; his daughters, Michelle Isaacs (Mark), Wendy Bradford (Christopher), Tina Johnson (Kenneth) and Lynnette Ballard; his grandchildren, Mason, Luke, Sydney, Jack, Madison, Brandon, Dustin, Casey and Lathan; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jayla and Sophie; and his sisters, Shirley Watts (Steve) and Brenda Foriska (Danny).
