With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merrill James Walls (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Walls and Binah Bumgarner Walls; his wife Leona Grooms Walls; and his grandson Brandon Beach. He is survived by: his children, Jim Walls (Nadine) of Newton, Darla Foster (Rick) of Denver, Jan Bristow (Mack) of Hickory and Kim Beach (Tim) of Conover. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren.
