He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dodson Barbour; his stepchildren, Heather Harding (Doug) and Wesley Smith (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Mason and Eli; and his siblings, Bonnie Powers (Morris), Lisa Swain (Michael) and Billy Ray Barbour.
