He is survived by: his mother Lucille Hastings; his wife Deborah Prater Turner; his grandchildren, Mary Blankenship and Robert Blankenship; his stepsons, David Blankenship (Erin Warshany) and Nick Blankenship (Ginger Sunbron); and his siblings, Rhonda Worrell (Richie), Crystal Rucker and Thomas Turner (Robin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
