She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Edgester Mays and Sadie Lillian Walker. She is survived by: her son Greg Mays (Sarah); her grandchildren, Emma of Pikeville, NC and Scott Mays of Pikeville, NC; her sisters, Cathy Mays of Hickory and Cynthia Mays Herron (Lonnie) of Newton; her niece Donna Mays Jackson (Jonathan) of Raleigh, NC; and her great-niece Eleanor Jackson.
