She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee and Lena Huffman; and her brother Homer "Buddy" Huffman Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Leonard "Toby" Laws Jr.; her daughters, Deborah Laws and Susan Sigmon (James) of Conover; her grandchildren, Carrie Canning (Timothy) of Conover and Joshua Sigmon (Holly) of Claremont; and her sister-in-law Lillian Huffman of Hickory. She is also survived by 4 great granddaughters.
