It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Jean Forbes (Hickory, North Carolina), born in Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Pittman and Nell Pittman; and her brother Jackie Pittman. She is survived by: her husband Burl Forbes; her sons, Joel, Jeffrey, Johnny and Claude; her daughters-in-law, Patty and Wendy Forbes; her granddaughters, Brandi Forbes, Katie Forbes, Riley Forbes and Emily Schroeder (Nick Schroeder); and her great grandchildren, Finnley and Brenner Schroeder. She is also survived by her sons and spoiling four granddaughters as well as two great-grandchildren.
