He is survived by: his wife Dianne Allen; his children, Dwayne David Allen of Hickory, Dawn Roxanne Allen (Jason Bassett) of Hickory and Crystal Allen Phillips (Nick) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Jessica Ethridge, Josh Allen, Jordan Ethridge, Kendrick Allen, Dillon Bassett and Xavier Phillips; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Allen and Laina McKinney; his sister Dale Allen; and his uncle Bobby Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
