She is survived by: her children, C. J. Shook of Greensboro, Jody Shook (Leslie) of Hiddenite, Randy Shook (Kristi), Shannon Shook (Rickey) of Hickory and Sabrina Shook (Cainan) of Hickory. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
