He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlene Beam Adams and Mildred Ball (Charles); his siblings, Gary Ball and Sharon Payne; and his friend Ann Brittain.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Beam Setzer (Robbie), Amanda Mays (Timmy) and Cristy White (Paul); his grandchildren, Cassie Setzer, Katie Setzer, Carlie Setzer, Alora Mays, Elijah Mays, Annie Mays, Case White, Hannah White, Jo White, Maggie White and Ezra White; his aunt Barbara (Ken Moyer); his brothers, Tim Bumgarner and Mack Hamlett; and also, Donna Hoyle (Carroll), Ryan Hoyle and Chelsea Hoyle.
