He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Mitchem Weaver; his children, Sandra Weaver Roseman, Wanda Weaver Stallings (Ralph), Susan Weaver Jones, Arlando Miller, Patsy Weaver Johnson (Rick) and Wesley Weaver; his grandchildren, Amy Jones, Megan Roseman, Chris Johnson (Dakota), Derrick Johnson (Brittany), Heather Carroll (Ethan), Kerby Smyre (Greg) and Sgt. Keri Weaver; his great grandchildren, Hayden Johnson, Karter Johnson, Grady Johnson, Cohen Johnson, Cooper Carroll, Evie Jo Carroll, Gregory Thomas Smyre III and Kipton Jennings; and his siblings, Frank Weaver, Grace Hoyle and Jo Ellen Hayes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
