He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Richard Sigmon and Mary Lucille Fulbright Sigmon; and his siblings, Cloyd R. Sigmon Jr. and Judy Faye Sigmon. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Allen Wise (Libby); his sons, Steven Rex Sigmon (Christal) of Hickory and Dr. Michael Richard Sigmon (Kathleen); his grandson Alexander Rex Sigmon (Mariah Sigmon); and his great grandchildren, Michael Alexander of Hickory, Christopher Michael Sigmon of Havelock, NC and Mackenzie Koren Sigmon.
