He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cannon; his daughters, Dawn Cannon Vines (Marcus) of Collettsville and Paula Floyd Rash of Hudson; his siblings, Felix "Jake" Cannon of Baton, Jerold Cannon (Sheila) of Lenoir, Wayne Cannon (Delores) of Boone, Troy Cannon (Bernadean) of Hudson, Tim Cannon (Tina) of Kings Creek, Phyllis Amos of Roanoke, VA, Joann Gray (Don) of Baton, Kay Woods of Albemarle, NC and Penny Cannon of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Caleb Rash, Caroline Rash, Makayla Vines, Lexie Vines and Hannah Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Cannon and Violet Cannon.
