He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Duncan and Oleatie McCall Duncan; his siblings, Buck Duncan, Wade Duncan, Wilma Stamey and Marie Duncan; his stepdaughter Tonia Willis Mull; his stepgrandson Dustin Willis; and his brother Jake Duncan (Sharon) of Sawmills.
He is survived by: his wife Vinnie G. "Squirt" Duncan; his children, Lori D. Pless (Sam) of Spartanburg, SC and Robert N. Duncan of Waterboro, Maine; his stepdaughter Debbie W. Wilson (Tracy) of Vale; his sister Jean D. Townsend of Sawmills; his sisters-in-law, Dare Duncan of Sawmills and Anna Duncan of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Matthew Pless, Dallas Day, Benjamin Pless, Connor Duncan and Colin Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Day, Magnolia Pless, Wyatt Wilson and Selah Day.
