He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Manning Freeman and Robert Franklin Freeman, Sr.; and his sisters, Sara Freeman Jones and Anna Bigham Councilman. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Ann Freeman and Pamela Gayle Freeman; and his son-in-law Todd Walker. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
