He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Welch and Esther Welch. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gail Sigmon Welch; his daughter Wendy Welch of Burke, VA; and his sister-in-law Marion Welch of Cambridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
