He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul V. Tumey and Rosella Karazim Tumey; and his brother Thomas Tumey. He is survived by: his children, Darcie L. Tumey of Hickory, NC and Paul C. Tumey of Durango, CO; his brother John "Jack" Tumey (Rita) of Jackson, MI; and his sister-in-law Patricia "Pat" Tumey of Jackson, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
