He was predeceased by: his brother Ted Mask. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Mask (Jeanie) and Shane Mask (Lesley); his grandchildren, Shaley Mask, Ansley Mask, Ashley Hawkins, Zane Mask and Austin Mask; his brother Sam Mask Jr.; and his sibling's children, Dean Mask, Jared Mask and Jessica Mask.
