He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Little Bolick; his daughter Amber Bolick of Hickory; his sister Janice Bolick of Raleigh; his uncles, Ervin Bolick of Hickory and Jim Bolick (Chic) of Valdese; his close friend Carolyn Huffman of Hickory; and his pet Scrawny.
