He is survived by: his wife Charlene Larkin Wheeler; his grandchildren, Ryan Wheeler (Ashley) of Granite Falls and Kimberly Latour (Tony) of Clarkesville, TN; his great grandchildren, Gabi Gibson, Rylan Wheeler, Braelynn Wheeler and Emmalyn Latour; his siblings, Albert Wheeler (Mary) of Spotsylvania, VA and Peggy Wheeler of Spotsylvania, VA; and his aunts, Carline Martin of Fredericksburg, VA, Christine Brooks of Baltimore, MD and Sharon Shutters.
