He was predeceased by: his parents, Werd Earley and Mabel Knox Earley; his wife Norma Queen Earley; and his siblings, Patsy Cowan, Nancy Killian, Marvene Williamson and Joe Earley.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ayers, Kim Adcox (Randy) and Reid Earley (Maureen); his grandchildren, Winter Yoder (Allen), Eric Adcox (Katie), Dana Hargett (Kelly) and Haley Ayers; his great grandchildren, Jacob Yoder, Jordan Yoder, Jude Scruggs, Emory Adcox, Cade Adcox, Baby A Hargett and Baby B Hargett; and his sister Jackie Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Kidney Foundation.
