He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Winkler Sr. and Allie Kanipe Winkler; and his sister Betty Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shepherd Winkler; his son Tim Winkler (Stephanie) of Connelly Springs; his granddaughters, Regan and Bailey Winkler; and his siblings, Jewel Dean Willis, Doris Brittain, Janette Good and Harvey Berry.
