She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Prater Richey and Fannie Estelle Frye Richey; her husband Wade Hampden Hall; and her siblings, Blanche Richey, Lucy Little, Quez Richey and Arnold Richey.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Hall Cloer (Dennis) of Newton, Marlene Hall and Michael Hall (Nancy) of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Kevin Cloer, Darren Cloer (Heather), Jennifer Hall and Tamara Ison (Jason); her great grandchildren, Miranda Cloer, Katrina Cloer, Wade Cloer, Isaac Ison and Isabel Ison; and her sister Vestie Surrett of Asheville. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
