She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Cook (Patty) of Morganton and Todd Cook (Jennifer) of Hickory; her sisters, Jane Willis (Tommy), Cloe Hovis (Duke) and Betty Black; her grandchildren, Casey Cook (Carolyn Nash), Matthew Cook, Tammy Dyson, Kelly Champion and Alex Cook; and her great grandchildren, Madison Beam and Penelope Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
