He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hubert Newton and Dorothy Troath Newton. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dottie" Wheeler Newton; his children, Jayden Blake Newton, Lisa Newton and Stephanie Caetta (Adam); his siblings, David Newton and Dianne Devinney; and his grandchildren, Zachary Caetta, Krystal Stout and Leah Smith (Dustin). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
