It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Braxton Sigmon (Hickory, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leroy Sigmon and Irene Deal Sigmon; and his brother Dale Sigmon. He is survived by: his wife Fern Cody Sigmon of Hickory, NC; his son Kent Sigmon (Debbie) of Valdese, NC; his grandson Tyler Sigmon (Ashley) of Hickory, NC; and his great grandchild Maggie.
