He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Lowman and Alice Hyatt Lowman; his former wife Margaret Sue Teague Lowman; his siblings, Bill Lowman, Nancy Lowman Yount, Betty Lambert and Doris Lowman; his granddaughter April Renee Lowman; and his daughter-in-law Pamela Parlier Lowman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lowman; and his children, Debbie Lowman Carver (Dennis), Vickie Lowman Null (Jeff) and Bobby Houston Lowman (Kathy). He is also survived by 4 stepsons and 2 step daughters and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
