He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Clark and Gladys Bowers Clark; and his sister Sylvia Bates. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Melinda Offer (Ben), Shelly Johnston (Richard) and Jill Clark; and his grandchild Ashton Johnston.
