He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jarvis and Nell Johnson Jarvis; and his sisters, Shirley, Joanne and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jarvis (Dot); his daughter Tina Jarvis Woody (Darren) of Conover; his sister Maxine Jarvis (Betty Ballard) of Walterboro, S. C.; his grandson Robert Woody (Bob) of Conover; and his nephew Barry Jarvis (Audrey).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's UMC, 52 16th Ave. N.W., Hickory.
