He is survived by: his parent Velsie Craig Rhyne; his wife June Cuthbertson Rhyne; and his daughters, Patti Harris (Steve) of Asheville, Karen Johnson of Hickory and Gayle Robinson (Tracy) of Hickory. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
