She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Elsworth Hixon Jr. and Della Shelton Hixon; her husband Ronald Eugene Wilson; her daughter Jennifer Rose Hixon; and her brother Otis Hixon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Champion Johnson (Rodney) of Belmont and Mary Ellen Simpson (Ronnie) of Gastonia; her brother Harry Hixon Jr. (Char); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Kaleb, Samantha, River, Cryton, Della and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Cindy's name to Chapman Funeral Home, 158 Stony Point School Rd., Stony Point, NC 28678 to assist with expenses.
