He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ned, Beulah Chapman, Charlie and Evelyn Goforth. He is survived by: his parents, Donnie Goforth and Patsy C. Goforth of Hiddenite, NC.; his daughters, Bailey Elizabeth, Ali Catherine and Lanie Caroline Goforth of Taylorsville; his sister Misty Goforth Roosa of Stony Point; his son Ezra of Statesville; the mother of his children Tabitha Harrington Goforth; his sibling's children, Mallary Roosa and Crowson Roosa of Stony Point; and his father-in-law Kenny. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
