She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Newton Meadows and Mattie Ola Bruce Meadows; her husband Robert McLain (Pack); her daughter Vicki M. Jenkins; and her siblings, Arthur, Glady, Wayne Meadows, Cleo Hendren and Pauline Meadows.
She is survived by: her son Robert Paul McLain (Brenda) of Hiddenite; her grandchildren, Joel Jenkins (April) of Taylorsville, Carrie Lackey (Andy) of Hiddenite and Kellie Thorneburg (Barry) of Hiddenite; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Madeleine, Kendall Jenkins, Allie, Myla Lackey, Kayden and Kylee Thorneburg; and her sister-in-law Ann McLain.
