It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome C. Libby (Hiddenite, North Carolina), who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil O. Libby and Florence Mann Libby. He is survived by: his wife Rowene Marie Libby; and his children, Jerome C. Libby of Arcadia Florida and Barbara Grignon of Oxford Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
