With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Pearson of Hiddenite, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Spencer Pearson and Alba Elizabeth Johnson Pearson; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Pearson and Lonnie Pearson; his brother-in-law Tommy Smith; his nephew Wesley Brucke; and his niece Debra Passmore.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara K. Pearson; his children, Tammy Jean Maxwell (Lonnie) of Lenoir and Ronnie Wayne Hamby (Karin) of Burke Co; his grandchildren, Masha Tallent (Brandon) of Conover, Jacob Avory Maxwell (Reanna Oliver) of Lenoir, Madison Lynn Tester of Indiana and Makenzie Leigh Maxwell of Stony Point; his great grandchildren, Rylan Howard Tallent and Liam Avory Maxwell; his sisters, Rose Crouch (Billy) of Hiddenite, Darlene Brucke (Calvin) of Conover and Betty Smith of Hiddenite; his sister-in-law Bernice Pearson of Taylorsville; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Hamby of Hiddenite. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
