She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Goodman and Alta Jewel McSwain Goodman; and her sister Carol Goodman. She is survived by: her children, Dale Stiles (Chad) of Stony Point, Angela Hughes (Jimmy) of Hiddenite and William Redmond, Jr. of Statesville; her sisters, Patricia Rogers (Ray) of Kannapolis and Sheila Lear (Wayne) of Mooresville; her grandchildren, Kallie Barnes (Rob), Miranda Robinson (Shannon), Lane McHargue and Miranda Stiles White (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Emily, Cooper, Lyla and Cayson.
