He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Monroe Billings and Clara Pauline Miller Billings; and his wife Anita Reid Billings. He is survived by: his children, Angel Parsons (Jeris) of Taylorsville, Johnci Billings Duncan (Christopher) of Maiden and Seth K. Billings of Hiddenite; his grandchildren, Logan, Hailey Marley, Haven Owens and Roman Parsons; and his sister Kay Gant (Rex) of Wilkesboro.
