She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Higgins and Charles Higgins; and her husband Doug Whitlow. She is survived by: her children, Todd Whitlow (Linda) and Andrea Mohan (John); her grandchildren, Olivia Cashwell (Carson), Austin Whitlow (Holly), Jacob Mohan, Jarod Whitlow and Grace Mohan; her great grandchild Wesley Cashwell; and her close friend Jackson Foxworth.
