He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Berg and Kellela Smith Berg. He is survived by: his wife LIsa Herr Berg; his children, Kevin Berg, Aaron Berg (Nicole), Annica Berg, Maggie Berg and Isaiah Berg; his granddaughter Evelyn Berg; and his sisters, Betty Knapp, Donna Master (Jim) and Diane Peace (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Memorials should be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
