We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 91, Barbara Ann Herrold (High Point, North Carolina), born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Purtell and Helen Normandy Purtell. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Meadows (Michael), Kathy Nershi (David), Janine White (Michael), Philip Herrold (Sandra) and William Herrold (Vada); and her brother Richard Purtell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her church.
