He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Theodore Kirby and Ruby Stone Tysinger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Peatross; and his stepmother Hazel Wall Kirby of Burlington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many special friends.
