He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn King Gant; his sons, Dale Gant (Joan) of Charlotte and Dean Gant (Amy) of High Point; his sister Carol Moates of Pleasant Garden; his grandchildren, Devin, Ridge and Dawson Gant; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Cole and Code Shina.
