She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Mathis, Linda Zappala and Jody Lee Holt; and her grandchildren, Adrienne Stone, Callie Mathis, Walker Holt, Michaela Lucas and Melina Zappala. She is also survived by great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Guilford County Animal Shelter or Davidson County Hospice.
