She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Paul Billings and Carrie Wright Billings; her husband Denzel Russell; her siblings, Kathleen Merritt, Joan Jester, Clyde and Don Billings; and her granddaughter Tina Marie Pilcher.
She is survived by: her son Steven Matheson (Debra); her grandchildren, Stephenie Dunn (Steve) and Brad Russell; her great grandchildren, Joshua Dunn and Gavin Jess; her sister Gayle Johnson (Arthur); and her sister-in-law Ann Billings. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials should be directed to Westchester Baptist Church.
