She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Fouser and Vera Kause Fouser; and her brothers, Edward and Jon Fouser. She is survived by: her husband Gordon "Kip" Tobey; her daughters, Dawn Davis (Thomas) of Tampa and Diana Cole (Alton) of Germanton; her brother Thomas Fouser of Mount Dora, Florida; and her grandson Christopher John "C. J.".
