She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Turner and Rebecca Turner; and her father-in-law Dewey Smith. She is survived by: her children, Zachary Smith (Amanda) and Sarah Billington (Matthew); her brothers, Marvin Turner (Elizabeth) and David Turner; her niece Meredith Hughes (Travis); her great-nephew Turner Hughes; and her mother-in-law Nancy Smith.
