He was predeceased by: his sister Julia Ann Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Flo Maynard Bohannan; his children, Janet Bohannan Coates (Paul) of Winston-Salem, Anette Bohannan of Winston-Salem and Tom Bohannan (Kim) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Krista Valade (Jayson), Molly Motsinger, Katie Smith (Stan) and McKenzie Kenny Jacob Bohannan (Bryce); and his great grandchildren, William, Jacob, A. J. Valade, Hannah Motsinger, Lola Mae, Sadie, Stryker Smith, Eliza and Keegan Kenny.
